PARTY DETAILS AND PRICING

All of our parties are for two hours and are exclusive. All of our party packages include a dress-up theme. All of our parties include invitations with maps; popcorn; pizza and cake; lemonade, fruit punch, apple juice and water for the children; coffee and tea for the adults; plates, napkins, party hats and tablecloths. The birthday child will take home a balloon bouquet. Every child has access to our crazy bead room, where they can create, create and create.
Cancellation Policy: You may cancel up to 30 days before your party with a full refund of your deposit. If you must cancel after that, we will apply your deposit to a new party date. Deposit: $150.
Safety: Fantasy Castle is fundamentally a safe place. But accidents happen. Please note that staff members are primarily occupied helping with costumes, applying make-up and leading the children in games and dances; they are not able to watch over children playing on the bouncy, using the zip line or going up and down the steps and blocks that lead to the lofts. Parents are required to keep a watchful eye on the children, particularly any younger siblings who may attend.
Lost & Found Policy: Please note that Fantasy Castle cannot be responsible for lost/stolen/left behind articles.

Party Package #3
Based on 17-22 children. 2 hours.
$450.00. Saturday and Sunday
Tuesday through Friday: deduct $100.00
Over 22, add $48 for extra staff person.

Prices include pizza, popcorn, cake and juice.

Extra Pizza: $12.95 for an extra large (16”) cheese pizza, 12 slices. 50% discount on toppings: $1.00 per topping instead of the regular price of $2.00.

Cake Options : Picture Cake (top) either the three main Princesses or Barbie or Hannah Montana or High School Musical -- included in package price. Castle Cake, second from the top: add $20. Doll Cake (either Princess or Barbie), third from the top: add $30.

Add Cookie Decorating: Each child takes home his or her creation. Different cookie shapes in jumbo sizes plus coloured icing, sprinkles and miniature marshmallows. For Pkg. 1, add $35, Pkg. 2 $40, Pkg. 3 $50 plus $1.00 per cookie over 22.

Piñatas: 5 Princesses (with strings; we don't bash princesses!), Treasure Chest, Unicorn, Lip Stick Tube, Fashion Shoes or Purse and more. $36.00 including fill.
